Registration Late Fees

We encourage all attendees to register before 14 June 2019. Registration after that date is subject to availability of space and will incur late fees of RM100 per person.

  • All participants, except for invited speakers, MUST register for the Conference.
  • Participants submitting abstracts should also submit a registration form with the required fees.
  • Registration fees cover conference material, lunch and snacks during coffee breaks.
Registration & Payment Instructions

1. Complete and submit the online registration form.

2. Payment of registration fees can be done via the following methods:

i. Online Bank Transfer/ Credit Card (Preferred Mode of Payment)
ii. Invoice to Malaysian company/organization (PO/guarantee letter is required)
iii. Invoice to Malaysian government agency (LPO is required*)

3. Post-graduate and undergraduate students are required to include proof of their active student status by Head of Department.

Note: For method (ii) and (iii), registration is only confirmed once we have received a copy of the Government LPO/Guarantee letter.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • If you are unable to attend, a replacement participant is allowed at no extra cost provided written notice is given prior to the Conference.
  • A 90% refund can be made for cancellation requests received in writing or by fax before 19 June 2019.
  • A 50% refund will be given if a request for cancellation is received before 26 June 2019.
  • Late fee applicable (RM100) for registration received after 14 June 2019.
  • Registration after 14 June 2019 is subject to availability of space.
