Registration Late Fees

We encourage all attendees to register before 10 June 2020. Registration after that date is subject to availability of space and will incur late fees of RM100 per person.

Notes
  • All participants, except for invited speakers, MUST register for the Conference.
  • Participants submitting abstracts should also submit a registration form with the required fees.
  • Registration fees cover conference material, lunch and snacks during coffee breaks.
Registration & Payment Instructions

1. Complete and submit the online registration form.

2. Payment of registration fees can be done via the following methods:

i. Online Bank Transfer/ Credit Card (Preferred Mode of Payment)
ii. Invoice to Malaysian company/organization (PO/guarantee letter is required)
iii. Invoice to Malaysian government agency (LPO is required*)

3. Post-graduate and undergraduate students are required to include proof of their active student status by Head of Department.

4. For government officers using e-perolehan system, please alert the Secretariat via email when the admin office has invited NSM to submit a quotation.

5. Please email/fax us a proof of payment (photo/scan/screenshot) of Government LPO/guarantee letter in order to confirm your registration.

6. Outstation cheques should include the required commissions.

Note: For method (ii) and (iii), registration is only confirmed once we have received a copy of the Government LPO/Guarantee letter.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • If you are unable to attend, a replacement participant is allowed at no extra cost provided written notice is given prior to the Conference.
